ABI Education

Adjusting to life after brain injury is difficult for everyone closely involved.

No one expects this to happen to them or their loved one, and so people are unprepared and often leave hospital with many unanswered questions and in need of better knowledge to help them cope with the challenges they face.

We provide a range of educational resources, workshops and training in different formats and environments to suit people whatever their personal situation. Our aim is to ensure that everyone has the information, strategies, and tools that can help improve their life.

Living With ABI Sessions

Learn about the effects of acquired brain injury, alongside others experiencing a similar position.

These informal groups focus on the practicalities of living with ABI, and cover topics such as managing fatigue, how to build routines, and ways to deal with memory loss.

Attending can help survivors and supporters people gain confidence and aid their continued recovery. â€‹â€‹
